Background Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is a U.S. Navy logistics installation located in Bremerton, WA. The purpose of this contract is to repair the RUBB fabric structure on Building 1245, which sustained damage due to wind-related incidents. The goal is to restore the integrity and functionality of the structure. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety equipment, and any other resources necessary for the repair of the RUBB fabric structure on Building 1245. Specific tasks include: - Inspecting the damaged area and associated structural elements; - Submitting a repair plan for approval; - Providing and installing compatible repair materials; - Ensuring all seams and repairs are watertight and compliant with standards; - Safely accessing elevated areas; - Removing all debris and leaving the site clean; - Using appropriate coverings to protect nearby surfaces; - Maintaining clean walkways; - Furnishing all necessary tools and materials; - Completing work within two days from start to finish; - Ensuring compliance with quality control standards for five years post-acceptance; and - Adhering to security requirements for personnel access.
