Ensure proper functioning of the video system network by providing all necessary fibers, connections, servers, and switches. 4. Maintain servers that hold no less than 60 days of video recordings with capabilities for high-grade video recording in restricted areas. 5. Conduct a preliminary site walk to finalize camera placements ensuring full coverage of building entrances and perimeters. 6. Provide 24/7 technical support including online software updates or technician visits as needed. 7. Ensure all work does not interrupt student Programs of Instruction (POI), performing tasks during non-student hours when necessary. 8. Maintain compliance with security policies including background checks for contractor personnel. Period of Performance The contract period is from May 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027.
