Background The Fleet Logistics Center Hazardous Property Management Division (HAZMAT) is issuing a contract for Hyster High Lift Maintenance Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of Hyster High Lift equipment, which is critical for the agency's logistics and property management functions. Work Details The contractor will provide Planned Maintenance Service (PMS), repair support services, and urgent repair services for Hyster High Lift Model V30ZMU. Specific tasks include: - Conducting semi-annual PMS and troubleshooting services. - Responding to urgent repair service calls within 36 hours. - Performing repairs such as replacement of EV-1 solenoid, cab height encoder, redundant encoder, cab lift, slack chain sensor, load cell sensor, hesitation of carriage, mhyrio card, encoder belt, EPS controller, and calibration of systems. - Replacing damaged sensors and components like MDU swivel bearing and steering control unit. - All parts used must be factory repair parts based on an approved quote. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year from March 30, 2026 to March 29, 2027 with four option years extending through March 29, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at FLC Norfolk HAZMAT located at 9651 Avionics Loop Building LF-50, Norfolk, VA 23512 and Norfolk Reuse Rogers Street Building X-218, Norfolk, VA 23512.
