The University of South Carolina is seeking a consultant or consultant team to provide guidance and support in developing the Management Plan for the Southern Campaign National Heritage Area. Partner commitments and an implementation plan; 4. An interpretive plan that includes an inventory of resources related to the NHA themes; 5. A business plan identifying funding sources beyond initial NPS funding. The consultant will work closely with an advisory committee to ensure that the plan meets the educational and inspirational needs of current and future generations.
