Transportation Engineering Services - Open End Contract

Cecil County Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide on-call transportation engineering services under an open-end contract. Services may include, but are not limited to, planning, traffic analysis, design, construction phase services, and related tasks for complex transportation projects, including roadway and bridge construction projects. Services will be authorized on an as-needed basis through individual task orders issued by the County during the term of the contract.
