This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, to determine the availability and capability of small business concerns capable of performing the requirements described herein. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. 2. PURPOSE The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Digital Depot Support Services in support of MDMC located aboard MCLB Albany, Georgia. Based on responses received, the Government intends to determine whether the requirement can be set aside for either Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). 3. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The Government anticipates awarding a single Purchase Order (PO) for Digital Depot Support services supporting MDMC digital modernization initiatives. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, and technical support necessary to assist MDMC with digital integration, data management, and system support functions that enable depot maintenance operations. - Requested support is listed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement posted with this sources sought. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform these services. 4. CONTRACT TYPE The anticipated contract structure is a single award Purchase Order. 5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) will be:
