***This opportunity is restricted to SeaPort NxG MAC contract holders Only**** 1.1 Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Technical Training Instructional Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. (reference Performance Work Statement in attachments). Services are currently being satisfied by General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. under contract number N0017819D7693, task order number N0017823F3012, and the current Option Year will expire 30 April 2026. The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods commencing 01 May 2026. The anticipated award date is 01 May 2026. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted 12 March 2026. The resulting Task Order is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP.)

Background The contract is issued by the EWTGPAC (Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific) and aims to provide Technical Training Instructional Services. Work Details The Contractor shall perform a variety of tasks including: - assessing student performance against prescribed standards; - supporting EWTGPAC instructors through training and mentorship; - preparing classrooms and labs with necessary materials prior to courses; - preparing After Instruction Reports (AIRs) after each course; - assisting in curriculum development and maintenance; - using online tools for curriculum updates; - reviewing instructional media products for alignment with course objectives; - developing course test banks and performance evaluations; - providing input for situation reports and quarterly production reports; - making recommendations for curriculum revisions during formal reviews.
