Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote Aggregate Web-Based Database

This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), prepared utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being performed as a small business set aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of the incorporated provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far and www.acquisition.gov/hhsar. The solicitation document also incorporates Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 October 1, 2025. All responses must be received no later than Monday, March 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
