Remove the old Targeting System and install a New Targeting System. Push back existing berms and install concrete pads for bullet traps. The new system shall include fully electric turning targets with electronic controls through hand held computer systems. The controls shall include single control, multiple target controls, and fully automatic target controls programmability.
