The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Full Service Warranty Maintenance of Elevators at the facility. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completingand sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, March 9, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, March 17, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instruction in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
