This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2026Q0016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, as of October 1, 2025. (iv) This acquisition is open market, with no small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is $19 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide your fully burdened labor rate for each labor category. (vi) This requirement is to acquire contractor services to assist Reclamation with regulatory compliance with the Endangered Species Acts (ESA), Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other applicable environmental compliance laws and regulatory processes for the continued operation of Reclamation s Klamath Project as identified in this PWS. (vii) The period of performance is expected to be 18 months from time of award through 9/30/2027.
