Background The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing Task Order NOIS3-038 under the NASA Open Innovation Services 3 (NOIS3) contract. This task order is part of the Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP) Partnership Learning Annual Notification (MPLAN) program, which aims to empower Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) by providing financial resources to foster idea development, facilitate research and development, and engage stakeholders in critical STEM fields. Ensuring continuity of the MPLAN program by leveraging HeroX's familiarity with its mission, design, and goals. 5. Engaging stakeholders in STEM fields through financial resources and support.
