Hondo Fire Station 2 - Remodel & Expansion Project

The Santa Fe County Public Works Department is seeking bids from licensed, insured, and qualified contractors to provide construction services for the remodel and expansion of Hondo Fire Station No. 2. This project will utilize design plans and technical specifications provided by Studio Southwest Architects. Bids may be held for a period of ninety (90) days, subject to all actions by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, either in part or in whole. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 645 Old Las Vegas Highway in Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. Attendance is required for all bidders to be eligible to submit a bid. Bidders must submit a completed bid package in a sealed container, clearly indicating the bid title and number, along with the bidding firm's name and address on the outside. All bids must be received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division, located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501. By submitting a bid, each firm certifies compliance with the regulations and requirements stated in this Invitation for Bid.
