Remove and dispose of rodent droppings and any associated contaminated materials from two sites: (1) the Monica Cabin, an adobe house built in 1923, approximately 940 square feet, which has been evaluated as National Register eligible; (2) the pumphouse, which is 442 square feet. 2. Clean and disinfect all accessible surfaces in both locations, including opening cabinets and stove doors to ensure thorough sanitation. Period of Performance The total duration of this contract shall not exceed fifty (50) calendar days, with an estimated performance period from March 9, 2026, to April 28, 2026.
