The goal of this contract is to ensure that all designated areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards, supporting the overall mission of the agency. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive janitorial services including: 1. Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners during each visit, ensuring 98% serviceability. 2. Restroom Cleanliness: Maintaining restrooms free of dirt, grime, and odors; disinfecting surfaces and stocking supplies, with a maximum of two valid complaints per month. 3. Kitchen/Breakroom Cleanliness: Cleaning sinks, countertops, tables, and appliance exteriors; ensuring floors are clean and supplies stocked with similar complaint thresholds as restrooms. 4. Entrance Area Cleanliness: Keeping entrances, glass doors, and mats free of litter and smudges with no more than two valid complaints per month. 5. General Office and Common Areas: Ensuring office spaces are free from visible dirt and debris with a limit of three valid complaints per month. 6. Floor Maintenance: Maintaining all floors free from visible dirt and stains; buffing and burnishing as needed while adhering to specified maintenance requirements. 7. Window and Glass Cleanliness: Ensuring all designated glass surfaces are streak-free after monthly cleaning with a target of 98% cleanliness upon inspection. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations within the Table Rock Lake Project area including the Table Rock Lake Project Office, Dewey Short Visitors Center, Project Office Grounds, and Lakeshore Trail Restroom.
