After dropping off personnel at Camp Guernsey, drivers will be allowed to depart until the return pick-up on April 18, 2026, at 0700. The second trip will occur from August 22, 2026, to August 29, 2026, following the same pick-up and drop-off instructions as the first trip. All transportation costs must be covered by the vendor including fuel and per diem for the drivers during both trips. Additionally, contractors must comply with all state vehicle operation regulations and provide a completed Contractor’s Entry Authorization List (CEAL) for installation access.
