Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. Place of Performance The materials will be delivered to various locations within the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, as specified in individual purchase orders. Bidder Requirements Bidders must possess all necessary licenses and registrations required by law, including valid registration with the Missouri Secretary of State and a current City Business License. Bidders are also required to submit proof of insurance naming the City as an additional insured. The city reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with these requirements.
