The award is being made to Vestdavit, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), which has the necessary expertise and resources to perform these repairs. Work Details The contractor will provide OEM Service Technician for repairs of the VESTDAVIT Controllers, specifically focusing on the inspection and repair of terminal/radio control for controller IDs: ID50030 and D55278/55279. The scope includes: 1. Repairing and certifying controllers. 2. Testing and troubleshooting failures by VESTDAVIT OEM Repair Technicians. 3. Providing Condition Found Reports to Military Sealift Command (MSC). 4. Delivering electronic copies of certificates for controllers prior to notifying MSC of repair completion. 5. Coordinating shipments of controllers between MSC Warehouse and VESTDAVIT Repair Facility. Period of Performance All items shall be delivered no later than 30 April 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the VESTDAVIT Repair Facility, with coordination for pick-up by Military Sealift Command to the MSC Singapore Warehouse.
