Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for custodial maintenance services at the Gull Lake Recreation Area. The mission of the Corps is to provide quality recreation opportunities while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in public areas. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all facilities within the recreation area are properly maintained and serviced throughout the operational period. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation necessary to perform the following tasks: 1) Garbage Collection and Disposal; 2) Recycle Material Collection and Disposal; 3) Shower and Restroom Custodial Services; 4) Vault Toilet/Change House Custodial Services; 5) Fish Cleaning House/Station Custodial Services; 6) Office Building Custodial Services. All work must be completed between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM daily, including holidays, from May 1 through October 16. Daily work checklists must be submitted to the Designated Ranger by 4:30 PM each day. The contractor must ensure that all waste containers are emptied regularly, maintain cleanliness in all specified areas, and report any hazardous materials discovered during service. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from May 1, 2026 through October 16, 2026. Place of Performance Gull Lake Recreation Area
