THE WORK CONSISTS OF

Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide and service trash dumpsters at Knightville Dam Project Office, Recreation Area (seasonally) and Littleville Lake Project Office. Services are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. Providing and servicing a 6-yard (bear resistant) dumpster for trash at the Knightville Dam Recreation Area weekly on Tuesday mornings during the recreation season from the week before Memorial Day to the week of Labor Day. 3. Providing and servicing a 6-yard (bear resistant) dumpster for trash at the Littleville Lake Project Office on a monthly basis year-round. 4. Compliance with all state and local refuse and recycling laws is mandatory. 5. All work must adhere to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1) and applicable OSHA regulations. Period of Performance The base period of performance is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with options for two additional years: Option Year One from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028; Option Year Two from April 1, 2028, through March 31, 2029.
