DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Contractor shall perform onsite hearing and respirator fit testing. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW).

CONTRACT TYPE

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds.

CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The period of performance will require that services be performed within 30 days of award.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/ACCEPTANCE

The awarded contractor shall perform services at GLS Maintenance Base, 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
