NOTE: Interested Vendors must be authorized by Cummins to provide the required services to provide the required services. This initiative aligns with the VA's mission to ensure reliable power systems in healthcare facilities, particularly for emergency situations. The contract is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Full preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for all emergency generators located at the Brockton facility. 2. Emergency response services with a 4-hour response time, available 24/7 throughout the year. 3. Annual load-bank testing in accordance with NFPA 110 standards, conducted every 12 months. 4. Triennial EPSS (Emergency Power Supply System) generator testing every 36 months, if Option Year 3 is exercised. All work must comply with VHA Directive 1028, NFPA standards, and manufacturer requirements from Cummins, Caterpillar, Kohler, and Generac. The contractor must provide all necessary parts, tools, labor, and documentation required to perform these tasks. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is from April 1, 2016, through March 31, 2031.
