If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 AM PST on 24 MARCH 2026, the solicitation will be made directly to suppliers. A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2)(i).
