Background UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. is issuing this solicitation for a five-year fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for the supply of Cloth-Duck-Cotton-Camo Green and CLTH,TY-II,CL-2,60W. The goal of this contract is to procure domestic fabric that complies with the Berry Amendment and is suitable for use in various applications within the agency's operations. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Work Details The contractor is required to provide Cloth-Duck-Cotton-Camo Green and CLTH,TY-II,CL-2,60W fabric. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 17,000 yards with an estimated not-to-exceed quantity of 95,000 yards over the life of the contract. All fabric must be Berry Amendment compliant and sourced from domestic commodities only. The non-manufacturer rule applies, meaning that only products from small businesses will be accepted. Bid samples (one yard of each line) are required prior to contract award for evaluation against a master sample. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) and applicable physical test results must accompany each shipment. Period of Performance The desired delivery time is within 45 days or sooner after issuance of each delivery order.
