Background The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Snow and Ice Removal Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. This contract is set aside 100% for small businesses and aims to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice at the Gen. Charles C. Rogers USARC located in Charleston, WV. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include: 1. Snow removal from various depths (3"-6", 6"-10", 10"-14", 14"+). 2. Application of ice melt and sand. 3. Clearing of sidewalks. 4. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding snow and ice removal. 5. Maintenance of effective quality control to ensure services meet contract requirements.
