The goal of this contract is to provide timely access to technical expertise and software upgrades from Selby’s, a dealer of Leica equipment, thereby minimizing equipment malfunctions and delays in software updates. Work Details The contract involves the supply and support of Leica software upgrades and a Customer Care Package (CCP) for maintenance over a period of three years. Specific items include: - Leica Infinity Office Software and CCP setup - Software/firmware download support - Equipment maintenance for the following Government-owned products: - MS60 1" R2000, Multi Station (SN# 892706) - MS60 1" R2000, Multi Station (SN# 892617) - MS60 1", Multi Station (SN# 884300) - MS60 1", Multi Station (SN# 882513) - GS18 T LTE & UHF Performance (NAFTA SN# 3624552) Digital access to the software and CCP system will be provided, along with access to facilities for equipment maintenance. The delivery of these services is expected within 30 days from receipt of offer. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is three years. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation's facilities in Billings, Montana.
