Background This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for non-personnel services to provide Noxious Weed Spraying on Lake Sharpe/Big Bend Project lands. Follow all safety requirements detailed in the applicable Safety & Health Requirements Manual per EM 385-1-1. 3. Provide deliverables including pesticide application records, safety meeting minutes, and invoices within 10 days of completed work, submitted in hard copy format to the designated address. Period of Performance The contract will cover multiple applications over two years, specifically for spring and fall applications in 2026 and 2027. Place of Performance The work will be performed on Lake Sharpe/Big Bend Project lands located in Big Bend, South Dakota.
