THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026326QD004 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Hurricane Evacuation Buses (HURREX). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 485510 with a size standard of $19,000,000. The Government will accept vendor questions no later than 06 March 2026. Questions received after this date may not be answered. Per FAR 12.202(b)(1) (ii) (viii), see the RFQ for applicable details. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit quotations in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors included in SF 1449. Background The Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, SC, is seeking to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for Hurricane Evacuation Buses (HURREX) as part of its mission to ensure the safety and efficient evacuation of personnel during hurricane threats.
