RFISS -161_Consolidated Gases Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in a Purchase & Lease in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and proposed CLIN Structure. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please complete the attached "Questions for Industry" word document questionnaire attached and return via email to john.p.gathu.mil@us.navy.mil no later than the response date and time identified on this notice. Attachment(s) include a Statement of Work, a copy of the proposed CLIN Structure and a "Questions for Industry" word document questionnaire. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE. Background The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to identify potential contractors for the purchase and lease of cryogenic gases. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to support naval operations by ensuring the availability of essential materials and services. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering various cryogenic liquid and compressed gases as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include: 1. Supply of Liquid Argon, Bulk, Purity 99.99% at Building 73, NUWC Keyport. 2. Provision of Gaseous Nitrogen, including rental of NI TP12, 16 pack rack cradle with cylinders at Building 1058. 3. Delivery of Liquid Nitrogen, Bulk, Purity 99.99% at Building 98. 4. Supply of Propane, Bulk at Building 893, including installation and rental of dispenser tank. 5. Provision of Gaseous Nitrogen at 6K PSI, Purity 99.99% at Building 489. 6. Delivery of Liquid Nitrogen in 160L cylinders at Building 206. 7. Supply of Liquid Argon in 180/160L Cylinders at Building 206. 8. Delivery of Liquid Nitrogen, Bulk, Purity 99.99% at Building 5945 NUWC Keyport Annex, Bangor. 9. Provision of Helium Cylinders (300 Cu ft) at Building 1006, with a requirement for up to 48 per year. 10. The contractor must ensure timely deliveries according to specified schedules and maintain operational standards as described in the SOW. Period of Performance Approximately twelve (12) months after the date of initial award with options for up to four (4) additional years.
