Background The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of supporting the 99th Readiness Division (RD) for a Job Order Contract (JOC) focused on facilities construction, maintenance, and repair in Region C, which includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Work Details The contract encompasses an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure for construction efforts at US Army Reserves 99th Readiness Division. The contractor will be responsible for real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects as specified in individual task orders.
