Background The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). The services will be performed at the Amherst USARC located at 100 North Forest Road, Amherst, NY 14221-5297. This contract aims to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean and professional appearance. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary for grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include mowing and trimming as detailed in the schedule of supplies/services. The contractor must ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain effective quality control. Services must be performed during business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays. The contractor is responsible for maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance. Period of Performance One (1) twelve-month base year with four (4) twelve-month option periods from the date of contract award.
