The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and items necessary to inspect, repair and perform preventive and remedial maintenance on the fitness equipment in the Fitness Centers as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is subject to change as equipment will be updated on a yearly basis. All equipment shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Preventative and remedial maintenance shall consist of cleaning; lubrication; and adjustment and replacement of worn, defective parts to maintain each piece of equipment. All replacement parts required to maintain equipment will be ordered within 24 hours after the initial service call. Pricing must be submitted on the attached BPA Pricing List. Please see the PWS in the Solicitation for more information.

Adjust the quantity of CLIN 0002 by 5 from 71 to 66. 1c. Adjust the quantity of CLIN 0003 by 4 from 38 to 34. 2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
