Background The Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (MCJROTC) program is seeking a contractor to support the planning, management, and execution of two national-level competitions annually: the National JROTC Drill Competition and the National JROTC Raider Competition. These events aim to enhance leadership development, physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and esprit de corps among JROTC cadets. The contractor's role is crucial for ensuring compliance with youth safety standards and adherence to standardized competition rules while aligning with JROTC educational objectives. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive services including personnel management, supervision, logistics coordination, scheduling, adjudication systems, scoring, safety management, and on-site execution for both competitions.
