Presolicitation Notice Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source (Firm-Fixed-Price) Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Mississippi Area 2 Office Action: Presolicitation Notice / Intent to Sole Source (Firm-Fixed-Price) Summary: NRCS Mississippi Area 2 Office anticipates a sole-source award to 471 Brandon Storage, LLC (1ST Stop Storage) for ten (10) climate controlled storage units, to include units suitable for vehicle trailer storage. The storage facility must be within a 5 mile radius of the temporary field office located at 345 Keyway Dr, Flowood, MS and must provide repetitive (recurring) employee access during normal business hours (and as operationally required). This presolicitation notice is issued in accordance with the FAR Overhaul publicizing requirements for presolicitation notices and related content, and it is not a request for quotations or proposals.
