The MICC Fort Eustis Detachment Rucker, AL is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCoE) Institutionally Delivered Credentialing (IDC) Program for Soldiers to obtain their Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License. Work Details The contract involves providing services for Soldiers with a minimum of 30 months of aviation Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) qualification who have obtained their FAA 8610-2 testing authorization.
