The overarching goal of this contract is to help participants achieve meaningful community integration and sustained employment in inclusive settings. Work Details Contractors must provide a range of services including: 1. Group Day Support: Structured programs with a maximum staff-to-participant ratio of 1:5. 2. One-to-One Group Day Support: Individualized support for participants with complex needs. 3. Community Engagement: Activities fostering social skills and independence in groups of no more than 1 staff for every 3 participants. 4. Community Coaching: One-on-one support for skill development, reviewed every 90 days. 5. Group Supported Employment: Employment opportunities in integrated settings for groups of 3-8 participants. 6. Individual Supported Employment: One-on-one employment support tailored to individual goals. 7. Workplace Assistance: Additional support for participants needing stabilization in employment. 8. Travel Training: Instruction on using public transportation safely. 9. Medication Management: Trained staff to administer medications as prescribed. 10. Compliance with Virginia Medicaid Waiver regulations and other state guidelines. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from the award date until the end of the fiscal year, with ongoing proposals accepted throughout the contract period. Place of Performance Services will be provided within Arlington County, Virginia. Bidder Requirements Offerors must be licensed as required by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and approved providers for Virginia Medicaid Waiver Services. They must also comply with Human Rights Regulations and possess necessary certifications such as CARF accreditation.
