Background The University of South Carolina (USC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a fully customizable Pharmacy Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) solution that supports comprehensive pharmacy operations and clinical services.
