Work Details The contractor shall provide non-IT hardware maintenance support for the Xtek XT H 225 Computed Tomography X-ray System, Model: XT H 225, Serial Number: JN2019. The specific tasks include: - Up to 4 on-site visits, which consist of three visits for general maintenance review of all systems and one visit for an annual radiation survey and safety inspection (which can be combined with one of the maintenance visits). - The contractor is responsible for replacing any consumables used from Benet's inventory during routine maintenance visits and providing any necessary replacement parts during site visits. If a part is not readily available or needs factory servicing, the contractor must provide loaner parts or components. - Parts not covered under this agreement include filaments, targets, X-ray windows, high voltage cables, cooling fluid, structural components designed for system life, any parts damaged by malicious use, and software. Additionally, the contractor shall provide priority technical support via email/telephone for troubleshooting and an extended warranty for the duration of the contract.
