Background The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Lower Colorado Region, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of various electrical components necessary for the operation of water pumping systems at the Lower Colorado River Multi-species Conservation Program (LCR MSCP) conservation area. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these systems function properly to deliver water effectively. Work Details The contractor is required to supply and deliver the following electrical components as specified in Table 1.0: - Variable Frequency Drive: 2 each - Electric Underground Pull Section/Meter-CT: 1 each - Circuit Breaker: 1 each - Panelboard Enclosure/Box: 1 each - Main Lug Interior: 1 each - Panelboard Ground Bar: 1 each - Main Circuit Breaker Adapter Kit: 1 each - Miniature Circuit: 1 each - Well Guard-Control Pumping Plant Panel: 1 each All components must meet APS requirements and documentation ensuring compliance with specifications must be provided upon delivery. Period of Performance The delivery of quotes is due by March 9, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. PST. Place of Performance The delivery location for the materials and equipment is Yuma, AZ, specifically at BOR’s office located at 7301 S Calle Agua Salada.
