Background The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) is seeking to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for temporary lodging services for USCG Port Security Unit 311. The goal of this contract is to provide berthing accommodations for Coast Guard personnel during their operational periods, specifically from June 1, 2026, to May 30, 2027. Work Details The contractor will provide temporary lodging for Coast Guard personnel, including: - A total of 30 single occupancy rooms and 440 double occupancy rooms, totaling 470 rooms available during the contract period. - A total of approximately 1,070 room nights throughout the performance period. - Berthing rosters must be provided by PSU 311 at least 28 days before check-in. - Room reservations may fluctuate by up to 15% on a monthly basis due to operational needs without constituting a breach of contract. - All rooms must be non-smoking and include a refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. - Secured parking must be provided, with charges included in the price quote. - Dining establishments must be within walking distance (no greater than 0.5 miles). - The hotel must meet specific safety and quality standards as outlined in the SOW, including being listed on the Hotel-Motel Master list and having a minimum rating of three stars or equivalent.
