Background The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) has a requirement for ambulance services in support of the Region 6 Homeland Response Force (HRF) during the Supported Collective Training Event (SCTE) scheduled for April 14-16, 2026. The TXARNG's mission includes enhancing domestic contingency readiness through regional training and exercise activities, which are critical for simulating real-world emergency conditions. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform non-personal services for ambulance support. The services must ensure realism during training events by simulating actual conditions. Specific tasks include: - Providing all medical personnel and support staff required for ambulance services. - Supplying necessary equipment and materials as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). - Implementing cost-saving measures without degrading mission capability. - Ensuring that services are provided between the hours of 0800 - 1630 on the days of the exercise, except on recognized US holidays or during facility closures due to emergencies. - Supporting regional training and exercises to enhance domestic contingency preparedness and evaluations of CBRNE response capabilities. Period of Performance The period of performance for ambulance support will be from April 14, 2026, to April 16, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Camp Swift located in Bastrop, TX.
