The goal is to find a vendor capable of providing robocall services to send geographically tailored mass communications to Colorado residents during election-related emergency events. Work Details The vendor must provide robocall services that include the following capabilities: 1. Send voice recorded messages to a high volume of Colorado residents with minimal turnaround time. 2. Quickly process and dial calls to over 2,000,000 individual phone numbers if necessary, with the potential for multiple calls to the same numbers. 3. Ability to deliver text messages in addition to robocalls is preferred. 4. Tailor communications to specific areas within the state and push out messages statewide. 5. Differentiate between mobile phones and landlines, tailoring delivery accordingly. 6. Utilize CDOS data for targeted communications based on geographic districts as instructed by CDOS. 7. Implement procedures to prevent calls from being identified as spam or junk. 8. Be highly responsive to CDOS inquiries and instructions. Period of Performance The anticipated term of the contract is from June 1, 2026, through December 14, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the State of Colorado.
