Background The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Title Services related to the Welsbach and General Gas Mantle Superfund Site. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and delivering Owners Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in various forms such as preliminary, interim, or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements as appropriate. Additionally, the contractor will provide Closing Services as specified in Section 27 of the document. The contractor must ensure all work aligns with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and includes providing all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, and supplies to complete the project. Period of Performance The anticipated performance period for this contract is two years from the date of award.
