The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), The Office of Workplace Solutions (OWS) requires services to maintain and troubleshoot lighting systems of Lutron Light controls installed at 5601 Fisher's Lane. The vendor Lutron Services Co Inc. installed and designed the lighting system and controls and has proprietary knowledge of the lighting system. It is the only known company that can perform this work.
