The Washington National Guard is seeking sources to enhance the digital footprint of 12 local recruiting offices by implementing a comprehensive local search engine optimization (SEO) program. Currently, potential recruits face difficulty in locating, contacting, and verifying the legitimacy of our local stations through online channels. This results in missed lead-generation opportunities and a weakened local brand presence. Background The Army National Guard (ARNG) is seeking to enhance the digital footprint of its local recruiting offices through a comprehensive local search engine optimization (SEO) program. The goal is to improve online discoverability, reputation, and data-tracking capabilities for 12 specified recruiting locations. Work Details The vendor will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive SEO program that includes the following core requirements: 1. Each of the 12 recruiting locations must have a verified and fully-owned Google Business Profile (GBP), with all foundational business information audited for accuracy. 2. Locations must be optimized to rank highly in local search results for relevant recruiting-related keywords and syndicated across a minimum of 70+ online directories. 3. A systematic process must be implemented to generate positive reviews from qualified interactions, including monitoring and alerting for new reviews to maintain a professional online reputation. 4. The program's impact must be quantifiable, providing detailed analytics on incoming calls generated from search and key GBP performance indicators such as profile views and user actions. 5. Local recruiting staff must receive training on managing their local online presence effectively. The vendor must demonstrate significant experience with ARNG or similar military branches, understanding the unique challenges related to recruiting and retention. Period of Performance Phase 1: Approximately 30-90+ days for setup, audit, and verification; Phase 2: Five months of active local SEO management commencing upon completion of Phase 1. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at 12 specified recruiting locations.
