This notice is to inform that sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Bayonne for the project titled 'Improvements to the 16th Street Miniature Golf Course'. The proposals will be publicly opened and read at the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:30 AM local time. Bidders are encouraged to present their bids in person or through an authorized representative at the specified time. The project involves site clearing, design, and construction of a new miniature golf course, which includes fencing, curbing, and all necessary work as outlined in the bid documents to ensure a fully operational facility as directed by the City Engineer. Each bid must include a certified or cashier's check for at least 10% of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000, as a guarantee for contract execution and performance bond provision. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A bid bond may be used in place of the check.
