2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation (CIPP) Project

The City of Pocatello is seeking bids for the construction of the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation (CIPP) Project. This project involves the rehabilitation of 1296 feet of 8-inch and 2910 feet of 12-inch diameter existing sanitary sewer pipes using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) installation. The work includes cleaning, closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection, cutting off protruding laterals, lateral reinstatement, bypass pumping, traffic control, and other associated tasks. Bids will be received at the City of Pocatello Clerk's Office at City Hall, 911 North 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Monday, March 9th, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened and read. There will be no pre-bid conference held for this project. Prospective bidders can obtain bidding documents and information at the designated website: https://www.pocatello.us/Bids.aspx. Bidding documents may be downloaded from this site, and bidders are encouraged to register as plan holders to receive official notifications and addenda. The PROJECT MANUAL, DRAWINGS, and EXHIBITS can be examined at the Water Pollution Control Dept, 10733 N Rio Vista Road, Pocatello, ID 83202. For copies of these documents, contact the Water Pollution Control Dept at (208) 234-6254. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must also include Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash amounting to 5% of the bid proposal. This security will be forfeited to the City of Pocatello as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract as specified. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City.
