W912EE The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE26BA002 for the Lease of One Cutterhead, Hydraulic Pipeline Dredge (Not Less than 24-Inch Diameter), Fully Operated with Attendant Plant and Personnel, and with a Draft Not to Exceed 9 Feet, for Construction and Maintenance Dredging within the Vicksburg District JBJ Waterway. The work consists of furnishing, delivering and operating one (1) cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredge (not less than 24-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel with a draft not to exceed 9 feet for construction and maintenance dredging within the Vicksburg District. The project has a completion period of 365 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This IFB is for one (1) Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. This procurement is advertised as Unrestricted under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $37 Million for Dredging and Other Surface Cleanup Activities. Bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $5 Million and $10 Million.
