Work Details The contractor will provide dental services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key responsibilities include: - Delivering comprehensive dental care to patients at the White Earth Health Center and its satellite clinics. - Ensuring compliance with medical staff bylaws and ethical standards provided by the Chief of Dental. - Utilizing government-furnished property and facilities for official business only. - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including proper handling of government-furnished supplies and equipment. - Participating in ongoing monitoring and evaluation of service quality. - Completing character investigations as required by the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act for individuals who have contact with Indian children. - Providing uniforms for contract dentists as necessary. Period of Performance The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price with a base year plus four one-year options, indicating a potential total performance period of five years. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the White Earth Health Center located at 40520 County Highway 34, Ogema, MN 56569, as well as at Pine Point Satellite Clinic in Ponsford, MN and Naytahwaush Satellite Clinic in Mahnomen, MN.
