Work Details The contractor is required to provide one (1) Nitrogen Generator Booster upgrade, which includes several key services: - Machine disconnection and removal for outbound service. - Transportation for both pickup and return of the nitrogen generator unit. - Delivery and upgrade must occur within five (5) business days after delivery. - The contractor must ensure all services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components conform to the outlined specifications in the SOW. Specific requirements include: - Unit Pickup and Transportation: Arranging freight transportation for the Nitrogen Generator Unit from its current location to their designated facility with proper packaging. - Booster Assembly Replacement: Removal of the failed booster assembly and installation of a new assembly that meets or exceeds original specifications, along with necessary documentation. - Piping Work and Fittings: Fabrication, installation, and testing of piping work to integrate the new booster assembly within the existing framework using high-quality fittings. - Engineering Specification Updates: Updating all relevant engineering documents in electronic format post-retrofit. - Performance Testing and Validation: Conducting comprehensive performance tests including nitrogen purity, flow rate, pressure, leak testing, and operational run-time testing with detailed reports provided to Tinker personnel.
